Sunday mornings at the FirstKIDS Preschool Ministry is a very special time in the lives of our preschoolers. Our preschool Sunday School classes meet on Sunday mornings at 8:15, 9:30, and 10:55 a.m. We welcome preschoolers to stay for two-hours of Sunday School.
Sunday School is the building block of our Preschool ministry. In Sunday School preschoolers are taught by experienced, dedicated, and loving teachers who teach the foundations of a faith in Jesus Christ. Through age-appropriate Bible stories, crafts, developmental activities, and scripture activities our teachers introduce the Bible as the word of God.
The second hour of Sunday School for our four & five year olds and Kindergartners is called Preschool Worship KIDStyle. Preschool Worship KIDStyle is a Lifeway curriculum that reinforces the biblical truths that our preschoolers learned in their Sunday School class.
Unlike Sunday School, Preschool Worship KidStyle is high-energy and utilizes various multi-media presentations for group worship, various centers/activities that are designed to meet each child's learning style, lots of games to ensure that our preschoolers are constantly moving. This is a special hour for preschoolers to learn that God loves them and God deserves to be worshipped.
All Sunday School teachers are dedicated and caring volunteers who have passed our security screening that includes a complete background check.
Preschoolers are placed into classes by the month and their year of birth. We have multiple classes of the same age so please remember that a toddler born in October is not likely to be in the same class as a toddler born in January.
Each preschool class is led by experienced, caring adults, and offers Bible teaching appropriate to the children’s age. Sunday School
